Helping Children Stay Connected to Their Inner Light

The stories, ideas, and inspirations I share come from a desire to point people toward the possibility that there’s something greater within them – if we’re willing to look with an open mind. Our lives can change dramatically when we connect with that deeper part of ourselves that is always with us, always guiding us.

In many ways, our early years – especially the first six years of life – can train us out of that connection.

I wrote a children’s book called Sophie’s Inner Light to offer children a gentle guidepost they can return to, no matter what is happening around them. It was written so that younger children can explore the idea of their own inner light- something that is always with them, guiding and loving them throughout their lives – alongside a parent or caregiver .
