I had my first reality check when I was about ten or eleven. My childhood wasn’t great. I was mostly angry by that time, and I noticed that everyone wasn’t unhappy. So what gives? I dreamed a lot, and I had a feeling that something was trying to let me know that everything would be OK, especially after feeling an invisible hand on my shoulder. I struggled with anger and depression for years, but I eventually found ways to redirect my thinking to a better place of being. If it’s true that we create our own reality, and I believe it is, then what kind of world are each of us creating for ourselves through our own thoughts and beliefs?

As a kid, I wondered what if life on earth was the dream and there was another wonderful reality waiting for us to come and discover? I’ve had many unexplainable experiences proving to me that we aren’t alone and that there is something more. I believe that God, guides, and our transitioned loved ones are with us, they love us unconditionally and are trying to help us along in our earthly lives. I discovered that the more open I was, the more I could see and experience that help.

I’ve spent several decades reading, studying, and observing to figure out what is going on in the universe and why things are the way they are. I wanted to know God. I wanted to know me.  I was grateful to have met David in 2009. We were both on a search for God and met in our meditation group. We married and had a wonderful life until he passed in December of 2020. We learned a lot together and he was a source of great wisdom from God for me, and for many others, as he became a channel of higher wisdom for the last eight years of his life. I’m continuing my journey, not feeling alone so much, often feeling David’s connection with me from his broader perspective.  He was an incredibly loving being, and love is the power of the Universe.

There are so many brilliant people whose research and hard work have validated the existence of God, and some amazing truths about who and what we are.  I love learning and in my search for more I find new people, new stories, and new ideas that continue to amaze me. I’m also rediscovering things I had learned long ago and am able to integrate them on a deeper level. These I want to share for your journey of exploration, if you’re interested.

I hope you’ll get some benefit from my blog and that you will share your experiences with me as well.  We’re all in this together, even if our life experiences have been very different. We’re only here for a short while, whether it’s 100 seconds or 100 years, and then we go home. What a wonderful day that will be; and what a wonderful day today is too.
